The Shannon Brown Pilates Studio

The Shannon Brown Pilates Studio provides a serene and intimate setting for PRIVATE, semi-private AND GROUP TRAINING sessionS.

All of our instructors are long-time veterans of the fitness industry, highly-trained in Pilates, and have a wide breadth of experience in working with all body types and fitness levels.

Our goal is to help clients develop core strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and enhance awareness of movement so that they can more effectively perform in leisure activities and everyday life.
